We’ve had a lot of fun making a lot of different circuits, now let’s step it up a notch and build a percussion instrument synthesizer. This circuit will build on what we’ve learned so far and use a lot of different parts to create a synthesizer that will generate a plucked string or drum sound. Are you ready to make some more noise? I am!

Weve gone over the circuit a few times and we redid it a few times and we haven’t changed it at all but were not sure how fresh the batteries are. We also have all the right components, we followed it exactly from the video.
is is difficult to troubleshoot without seeing your circuit in person (electronics is like that), or having more detail. What happens if you go through the experiment again, checking every connection/wire? Are you sure you’ve used the correct components? Be as specific about what’s going on as you can. Did you make any changes to the circuit itself? Are batteries pretty fresh?
We can only get a high pitched squeal that sounds like a bird chirping but nothing lower. How would we got a lower tone?
